Most people aren’t lost. They’re navigating complexity.

Leaders today face constant change, competing priorities, and expectations that rarely slow down. What’s often missing isn’t capability—it’s clarity.

Wayfinding Works was created to support leaders and teams in moments where direction matters most. We help people pause, reflect, and recalibrate so they can make confident decisions and move forward in ways that are aligned and sustainable.

Wayfinding is the practice of orientation.

On a trail, wayfinding helps you understand where you are, read the terrain, and choose the next step that makes sense for this moment.

In leadership and development work, wayfinding looks like:

  • Gaining clarity around values and decision making

  • Understanding natural patterns of thinking and working

  • Developing leaders without forcing a single style or model

  • Supporting growth that lasts

We don’t tell people who to be.

We help them understand themselves so they can lead with confidence and integrity.

Insight only matters if it’s applied.

Wayfinding Works focuses on practical development—where reflection turns into action and clarity turns into meaningful progress.

Our work blends:

  • Coaching and facilitation

  • Leadership development programs

  • CliftonStrengths based tools

  • Real world application

The goal isn’t transformation for transformation’s sake.

It’s growth that feels grounded, realistic, and human.

Wayfinding Works believes leadership development works best when it:

  • Meets people where they are

  • Honors individual differences

  • Avoids hustle culture and performative leadership

  • Supports long term growth over quick fixes

We walk alongside leaders and teams, helping them navigate challenges, transitions, and opportunities with clarity and confidence.

Who we are

Angie Skarp, PHR

Founder, Wayfinding Works

Certified CliftonStrengths Coach

I’m a leadership development professional who supports individuals, teams, and organizations as they navigate growth, change, and complexity.

My work focuses on helping people gain clarity around how they lead, work, and make decisions—through coaching, facilitation, and leadership development programs that are practical, grounded, and rooted in real-world application.

I partner with organizations to deliver leadership development experiences, including CliftonStrengths coaching and training, and to design internal mentorship programs that reflect each organization’s culture, goals, and people.

My approach emphasizes clarity, application, and long-term sustainability—supporting growth that lasts beyond a single session or workshop.
